called "prisoner for profit" Any given prisoner for example, could have a net worth of $10,000 per day in the
money markets. Every prisoner has a monetary value to our government, whether it be local, county, state or federal. Bonds
are written based on a person's name and social security number and are sold through brokerage firms such as AG Edwards
